Palace of Culture, Chernihiv

The facade of the City Palace of Culture includes one of the oldest mosaic panels in the city of Chernihiv. The Palace of Culture of the Industrial Association Khimvolokno or the Palace of Culture of Chemists (since 1998 - City Palace of Culture) was opened on November 5, 1970. Therefore, the year of creation of the mosaic decoration can also be attributed to the end of the 1960s or to 1970.
