Palace of Culture "Friendship of Peoples"

Mosaic relief "The Union of Labour and Art" on the facade of the palace of culture "Friendship of Peoples" in Cherkasy was created by artsts Volodimir Seliverstov and Victor Bilyk in 1980 (relief, smalt). Was destroyed during the repairs in 2012.
