Eysmont Valery

Eysmont Valery (1945 - 1999) was a monumental artist and painter. He has been a Member of the Union of Soviet Artists of Ukraine since 1988. He studied at the Kharkiv Art and Industrial Institute under the guidance of Boris Kosarev, Yevgen Yehorov, and Oleksandr Khmelnytskyi. From 1975 to 1999, he worked at the Sumy branch of the Art Fund of Ukraine.

Eysmont is the author of several mosaic panels and murals in Sumy, among them are the mosaics on the facade of the city children's hospital and the interior mosaic in the University of Sumy (co-authored).
